- Good's cape comes from their undershirt or is just sewed on at the neckline, is silk-thin and has no purpose other than fashion.
- Perfect's cape is a real cape that hangs as a separate piece of clothing held by a cape clasp, and it has the purposes of keeping Perfect warm, and concealing Perfect's weapon until the perfect moment.
Good is just a poser, and his name reads as "BEED" on the first panel.
Also I bet that both of them have eyesight problems, but Perfect actually went to an optician as opposed to Good who just squints until the job is done.

They're clearly for fashion, not vision
who wants to be limited to 20/20 vision? why not get 30/30
The funny thing is, 30/30 vision means the same thing as 20/20 vision
30/30 would just mean you see at 30 feet at the same clarity that typical eyes see at 30 feet
It's for that half glasses glare "I'm deep" dramatic flair.
