Former President Trump acknowledged that he has mentioned former President Barack Obama instead of President Joe Biden in past rallies but he was only joking!
He failed that test. Specifically the word recall part. It's so clear by the way he has insisted so hard for so long that he "aced" it and that "everyone was amazed" that he could do the word recall part. He couldn't. He failed.
But since he's perfect that doesn't mean that he has cognitive issues, oh no, that just means that part of the test, the test that is intended to be easy for people without dementia, must be so hard that everyone is amazed every time someone does it.

13Sure, that's probably the perception, but truth is, depending on how heavily you weigh Obamacare, Biden has actually had bigger challenges and gotten more accomplished. I'm not a fanboy, but I'll give credit where it's due.
I had big expectations for Obama and mostly found him disappointing. I had low expectations for Biden and have been pleasantly surprised.
