Am I the only one who thinks Hollow Knight was just an ok game?

This will be a day one purchase considering the amazing price I got Hollow Knight for.
This will be a day 2 purchase after I steal it from some nerd who got it day 1.
- Don't pirate this one, if that's what you're getting at
- Yeah steal from a small game studio that took their time to release a polished, complete, labor of love without early access or Kickstarter bullshit.
  
  There are amazing gems out there that got that way by releasing it first in early access, or that only got a budget via kickstarter. Those are legitimate tools despite foul apples.
  
  he said day 2 purchase though. I always buy stuff after pirating if its good. Lets me play without the stress of achievements and their potential to cause spoilers too. He just knows what will inevitably happen

  Day 2 Purchase
  Day 1 “Theft”
  Chronologically, the “theft” comes first. And you can easily purchase something you previously stole.
  Theft is in scare quotes because piracy isn’t theft and I’m assuming OP isn’t going to actually steal someone’s Steam Deck, Switch, or Switch game cartridge… but maybe I’m wrong.
  (Also you could “steal” it after purchasing it by buying on one platform and pirating it on another, but that’s a separate matter.)
