She doesn’t though? Those are actually fairly realistic proportions.
Besides, life/fertility goddesses are historically depicted as extremely fat women with enormous breasts specifically because it symbolizes pregnancy and breastfeeding - the source of human life. If anything, this comic breaks tradition by making Life way too damn skinny.

This comment can make sense if you read it as "the author did not draw enormous bazongas, this giving up the ability for the comic to go viral by the goddess having them". But that's a stretch.
