What a tragedy of modern civilization. He wasn't hurting anyone, he was just enjoying his Sunday, exercising his personal expression as an artist: walking around naked high on drugs in traffic. How dare the cops try to interfere with this, this is democracy manifest GET YOUR HANDS OFF MY PENIS SIR

Super curious if he actually laid a hand on the cops. “Allegedly assaulting officers” is like the first thing they go for against black men. The article says he punched a cop in the face twice, but that could very believably be a lie so they have something to charge him with, that’s what the cops do.
Regardless, this seems way blown out of proportion. I don’t really care if a cop gets punched in the face. Their job inherently carries physical risk. Unless there was permanent damage, this is overkill. I’m honestly amazed they didn’t shoot him, he’s lucky, and that’s fucked up.
- kind of weird they waited to charge him with it too. you would think they'd overcharge at first and then negotiate down once the lawyers get involved. he also didn't get bailed out all weekend. hopefully they didn't rough him up and keep him away from cameras.

Sounds like he needs some help. No confirmation about drugs yet but the article says he's going to be attending Narcotics Anonymous 3-4x a week

- He's always seemed like a really nice dude. I would say this is "out of character" for him and hell, I kinda hope it was drug induced. Mental illness can't be quit like drugs can.

TBH I can't blame him for having a breakdown at this particular time in history.
Wonder what kinds of drugs was he on. Maybe just drunk with power.
Likely hoping he will take a plea deal if they drop some charges.
