gog games run faster than steam versions too if you wanna go even extra.

I already transitioned my laptop to Linux mint snd I got no regrets. My VPN isnt installing on it, but i can manage it later.
This weekend....desktop time. I spent a lot of time making backups and making sure everything is in order. I'll report on this very thread when I have done it.

Why are shitposts in Spanish funnier than English
- I'm native spanish speaker, it's portuguese for me the language that really elevates memes for some reason.
- I mean same for shitposts in German. Just funnier when it's a language you sorta understand, but not completely.
  
  I always laugh at German memes. I have absolutely no idea what they are. When I see them i imagine a German person crafting a meme which is just a statement of fact and laughing to themself.

Wait it actually runs that much better on Linux? Is that because of missing DRM or something?
- I don't have a discrete graphics card on my laptop, but I can actually play games on Linux Mint that won't run on my similarly-spec'd Windows box with a graphics card.
  It's not a great experience, but it makes stuff playable that otherwise wouldn't be.

  Bloat has a minimal impact on performance unless your system is seriously starved for resources.
  It's largely the magic of Proton, and everything that goes into Proton. DXVK runs on windows too and that alone can get you double digit performance improvements on the right games.
  
  Not really, it's just how much better Vulkan is compared to DX12. It's mostly about having a way better async scheduler for multi-CPU multi-threading hardware.
Shared with my Linux friend that is learning Spanish to better communicate with the almost-in-laws. They were amused.
update: so was their Windows boyfriend, who helped them with the "bless Gabe Newell" line.
