I don’t even know what the occasion is.

Get them in the US too, looks like a current line. Had Kylo Ren in the same lot, may just be banking on any recognizable character
May 19th was the release, 25 years ago. Guess they're trying to hit up on some millennial nostalgia purchases.
I was about to say it's not possible may 19th was 25 years ago, then the last remaining coffee molecule slaped the remaining neuron.
Now I go to sleep
Check expiration date pls

Say something nice about Jar-Jar Binks
Better dynamic range than Jake Lloyd.
So I had a funny thing happen to me with the cans of these.
On an international flight this summer, I asked for a Coke Zero from the attendant. She quickly reached down in her cart and pulled a darth maul can and handed it to me. I didn’t think about it, but then realized it was a regular Coke. With an episode one character on it???
So I flagged her down when she was near and said, “Hey, I think there might have been a mistake. You said you had coke zeros, could I swap this one out for one? Also…how old are these cokes?”
She looked at the can and laughed seeing darth maul on it. “I think they are new, but didn’t this movie come out 25 years ago?”
“That’s what I thought!” I said.
“Well if you want to keep it as a collectors item you can,” she joked. I said maybe not this time. She pointed out that the can looked really close to the standard Coke Zero cans if you squint (which is true), and when they were doing meal service she just didn’t even notice.
Pretty fun little experience. I looked it up and they had just come out that week, maybe even a couple days before the flight.
I had the same problem. The first time I saw these I thought they were all bottles of Zero.
Because Coca-Cola Zero uses black text to distinguish itself from Classic’s white text and these giant pictures are all-black regardless of flavor, it takes the brain a moment to adjust.
Sony also released Star Wars versions of its new phone.
Same in Spain. Also the faces are so weird, some ai shit probably, that I had a bit of a trouble recognizing Obi Wan. Amidala wasn't that odd tho.
Sadly still not long enough to forget.

So this is how liberty dies, with a Coca-Cola promotion.
