'There's nothing there': Company caught on CCTV not putting insulation into wall cavity
Footage showed the contractor drilling through a wall, but rather than put insulation into the wall via that drilled hole, he simply filled it back-up again.
....What the fuck?
I can't wait for the day when the trend of putting music in the background of every video finally dies. 99% of the time it's extremely distracting and the other 1% it adds nothing.
Also, that guy is a piece of shit. It's one thing to actually try and just suck at your job but this is pure scam.

Reminds me of a former co-worker. He had his house built right next to the old company HQ. And due to fights with the bureaucrats, he probably knew the rules and regulations better than anyone. He checked in on the building site before he came in to work, during lunchtime, and after work on the way back home, and frequently had to kick some contractors behinds on issues. Woe to you if you did not work 100% up to code!
The biggest one was that the roof guy had put in some barrier on the roof, but did not glue the individual sheets together. My coworker made them remove anything they had already put on top of that barrier and fix the issue.

I'm with ya... but actually, I agree with HerrBeter. It's not a proportionate response unless you make dam sure you're costing him as much in repairs as it cost to get the insulation put in, plus the fuck-around-and-find-out fee.
Even if the monetary damage is comparable, not sure if it would be worth getting prosecuted.

Else it will be a systematical failure, damages must be paid for and then education to ensure. This part does not have any revenge in it, but instead it is proportionate and he'll be able to continue to contribute to society by paying taxes etc. I'm just translating off the top of my head so it might sound wonky
