  Nice! What do you run in your pack? I use a duter bike 20 with a camo rain cover when I'm off roadways and don't need the hi vis so much. I have snacks, water, extra layer, home brew first aid kit etc.

Are 250 W enough for this conditions?

- More than enough. You lose traction way sooner than you lose power. It's also the most I'm legally allowed to have on a ebike.
