I am not often satisfied with purchases but I am really glad I got a steamdeck after the first price drop.

  yeah I went high side to and glad I did. I basically can only have three or four high end games on it at a time. currently dd2, elden ring, and cyberpunk.

I know I won't regret it later, but in a few days I'll have my first dream deck, even if it's just a refurbished one. I'm somewhat regretting the purchase now, but it's too late.

- I usually have sticker shock and a little buyer's remorse after making a big purchase, but I've never once felt that with my Steam Deck (except that interim time when it was processing/shipping). I hope you feel that way, too.

  More of a sticker shock and buyers remorse thing more than anything. Even though I have more than enough money, I kinda felt like I was spending too much on a single purchase. Absolutely nothing wrong with the deck itself, just a me thing.

- If you divide out the number of entertainment hours you get, it will be worth it over time. I have probably 2,000 hours on mine. Insanely cheap vs. other forms of entertainment especially considering I already owned many of the games.

Bought the 512 LCD on original launch and then the special edition OLED 1tb. Worth every penny.

- Same here! SteamDeckHQ started with that 512GB LCD, and I still have it! 100% worth the upgrade, I love the OLED screen so much.

I've been waiting for these bad boys to be back in stock so I could get the 64gb model super cheap. I don't need a steam deck, I have a good rig, but I really wanted one for on the go. Thanks for giving the heads up.

- The SSD is super easy to replace if you ever feel like 64gb is too small.

- Keep in mind the 64GB is eMMC internal storage while the others (256,512) are NVMe SSD.
  
  eMMC is considered more of an outdated storage option. You’ll probably stick a microSD in (if you only have 64GB) so maybe it’s a moot point.
