The hospital was shut down in November and Israel moved in some time after that so while it's still not a great look, it's a far cry from Hamas allegedly using active hospitals.
Great job by the IDF killing people in a hospital and lying about the pretenses. And after throwing everyone out and destroying the medical equipment they turn hospitals and schools into military bases.
This is even worse than the thing Hamas did not do.
Hiding in an active hospital is worse imo because it makes it a potentially legal target* for bombing which risks the lives of everyone working there and their patients.
*I'm not sure how it would be classified in this exact instance, but according to international law like the Geneva convention combatants that are hiding with very close proximity to civilians can make some collateral damage acceptable. I.E. it's not possible to run into a hospital and expect that killing you is suddenly illegal. Bombing the whole hospital is likely illegal though.
"No ya see, we killed or evicted all the people in the hospital first, so it's actually perfectly moral for us to use it as a military base, because you see if Hamas wants to attack us, they have to destroy their own vital infrastructure that they already desperately need for their thousands and thousands of sick, I turned and starving civilians!! So yeah no morality issues at all here!"
