I‘m on spur side with the Far Cry games. They feel like checklists to complete rather than good games. FC3 and Blood Dragon were the only ones I truly enjoyed, and FC4 being the only other one I even finished. Albeit I finished it within. An hour because I actually did nothing until that dude come back lol

Borderlands2 was pretty good imo. Played it with friends and found the dialogues funny and Handsome Jack was a good antagonist, just like Vaas from FarCry3.

Borderlands3 was just bad imo, it focused on the wrong aspects and elevated other things to appeal to younger audiences. I mean, the only reason for the bad guys to be bad guys was that they were bad guys, not someone who saw himself as a snobby hero and you as the bad guys he needs to stop.

I’ll definitely wait this one out until epic gives it away for free.

As a beta user, I hate most of the changes.

I’ve had the beta since Developer Beta 1, since then the photos app looks like this. You can customize a lot, which I did about a month ago when I decluttered my gallery.

It’s completely different. I spent +30 hours the last month in there and sometimes I still have trouble with it.

I recently played a small game called “Ever Forward” on the Nintendo switch. Nowhere it says that the game runs like a PowerPoint presentation. Other than that, it would be helpful if I would have read a review that said “the beautiful world you see in the trailer and screenshots is the ‘hub’ where you enter boring looking levels. To me! I love having post apocalyptic settings where humans are nearly extinct because they were too weak to defend themselves.

One campaign I forced them to be human and they made it their own goal to eradicate all non-human humanoids from the Face of the world. Needless to say their creativity in overcoming their weaknesses was amazing.

Cuz they always are either elf or human and that is boring. Also, I’m one of those bastards who force the players to role play, yet I’m no maniac who forces them to poop and pee.

I prefer humans to be weak so nobody chooses them. Want a lizardborn x orc cleric? Sure. Want a human fighter? Well, theeeese enemies have + x on these stats against humans.
