Microsoft now permits uninstalling Edge, Bing, and OneDrive to adhere to the EU's Digital Markets Act.
  • Very funny. No, by installing any other browser that can replace the webview. (almost) Any chrome or Firefox forks can do it.

In dev settings is an option "Webview implementation" where you can pick any.

I released my first game on Steam and got rid of impostor syndrome!
  • Great game. May I add some ideas of improvement?

    • resolution change should be a picker, or at least confirmable without changing the resolution right away
    • align the buttons and other UI elements
    • wordings could be changed because "flower that shoots enemies" made me immediately think that it's going to propel enemies at me
    • there is no way to get back to menu from the game? Return gets me back to the game, Quit shuts the game off.
    • the blue mushroom doesn't react when I press ctrl, as suggested by the icon
    • other UI elements are flashing underneath when drawing UI elements

Otherwise very entertaining. I left a positive steam review. Good job.

I have an issue with how SIM cards are handled in most countries
  • If you buy an anonymous simcard, don't put it into a phone where was your (e)sim. The carrier can see all IMEIs of the phone.

Also carrying them together is sus when they connect to same towers at the same time

Google admits Spotify pays no Play Store fees because of a secret deal | TechCrunch
  • Can confirm. Tidal has "lossless" audio, but app is horrendous, albeit better than Spotify's.

Also tech support is absolutely useless, still would prefer over Spotify every time.

    Time to ditch #duckduckgo
  • Same here. Every time I ditch Google and go to ddg, I just laugh how irrelevant all the results are and I continue feeding Google with personal data and telemetry and whatnot.

It is true that even Google's results feel much worse than before but it's still significantly better than ddg.

  • That many people need old Ubuntu installations?

I've been seeding many Foss things for years but for some reason, people keep downloading Ubuntu versions that are more than 3 years old.

Any ideas why there is always someone downloading the ancient stuff, especially Ubuntu?
