I have the same issue with my switch, I usually mash the button for its port on my receiver remote until the other devices give up but about 10% of the time that refuses to work and I have to redock.

You shouldn't have to lock your doors to feel safe but in both cases, bad actors ruin it for everyone.
You quit the team, you're no longer a "member of team".
That's why his "solution" is going to be to replace them by contracting private companies. These will of course happen to exclusively be companies owned by Musk and or Trump.
Thinking quickly, Generative AI constructs a playable version of Doom, using only some string, a squirrel, and a playable version of Doom.
Bob's Burgers is pretty constantly good even after 13 seasons.
Sebo is more reliable these days, I'm really happy with mine.
Burnout is a symptom of exploitation but not all burnout comes from exploitation. You can burn out from non-work activities like caregiving. You can burn out as a business owner or a member of a worker-owned co-op. You can burn out at a job that only expects healthy hours because you're an overachiever who refuses to take time off.
I thought it was pretty good, there's a lot going on in the plot so it takes a little bit to get rolling but it's pretty thought-provoking at times.
It's pretty common not to have heard of his works, Astro Boy is the only one that made it over to the West but it's never gotten a ton of attention. I remember the 2003 series got some play on Saturday mornings and Toonami but it was really short-lived.
Pluto which came out on Netflix late last year is a reinterpretation of an Astro boy arc that's done fairly well.
MAPPA also made a great anime adaptation of Dororo a few years ago but it mostly flew under the radar.
Not quite what you're looking for but Pretty Face is a great "I'm not really trans but I have to be for flimsy excuse" manga.
It's about a guy who gets in an accident that puts him in a coma for a year and is so badly mangled he needs his whole face rebuilt. The doctor who saves him has no idea what he looked like so he builds him a face based on a photo of his crush that was in his pocket. As it turns out, his crush has a missing twin sister so he decides to impersonate her to keep his crush happy while he searches for her real sister.
While the MC never explicitly identifies as trans in the text, there's a bunch of supporting subtext for it. He slowly gets more and more used to being seen as a girl and isn't in the biggest rush to get his old face back even after he finds a photo of himself for the doctor to use as a reference.
"Fear Her" is probably one of the most boring episodes in Tennant's run. If I were rewatching I probably wouldn't even notice it was missing.
That's pretty fitting with Gen-X's reputation of being the generation that gave up on having influence on the state of the world. As a millennial constantly stressing about the impact I'm having on things, that sometimes sounds like a really sensible choice.
I just like having a mini tablet on me all the time. The big screen is great for playing games and watching shows when you're on public transit.
We're on the sixth generation of folding sceens, they're far from prototype tech by now.
I've been using a z fold3 since it came out. I've had to replace the screen once (under warranty) and replace the stock screen protectors but I still love it and plan to get another foldable whenever it kicks the bucket.
the crease is extremely noticeable and is filled with dust and debris
Your relative needs his screen protector replaced. Some people just take it off and live dangerously.

Whenever I try to post an image this morning, the upload fails no matter what browser/client/frontend I use with:
Request error: error sending request for url (http://pictrs:8080/image): operation timed out
Also this shows a popup with SyntaxError: Unexpected token 'R', "Request er"... is not valid JSON
but I assume that's a bug with the lemmy frontend since voyager shows the correct error.

A good post about automated testing in games by Rare developer Jessica Baker. She also has a follow-up post about unit test here: https://jessicabaker.co.uk/2020/10/19/how-to-write-great-unit-tests/
