Apart from the obvious "arresting a senator for asking questions" thing, is whatever's happening on this picture standard procedure for arresting an unarmed, unthreatening person in the US? It looks like they're arresting a terrorist or a dangerous suspect
- No normally. I think they throw a knee on the neck for 9 to 10 minutes.

  I have. In their current state, they are at the bottom of the list of lives that I care about, with every other living organism on the planet above them. If they work to remove the corrupt, fascist, and clearly unregulated members and leadership from their ranks, then I will reevaluate, until then they can stay there.

- The standard procedure involves metal hitting the back of the skull until enough blood comes out that the victim can’t remember what happened.

- When 99% of the police is weaker fatter and more out of shape than the "criminal" this is how they have to do it or everyone would just escape. Handcuff fat ass has the arm rotation of a dollar store action figure and is already out of breath from having to bend down. You can see it in the video.
