Idk if it's still the case but there used to be a guy that would post here all the time about terrible stories coming out of there which lead to at least a little confirmation bias among people. Especially since it was during the great Reddit exit.

There are 240 million people there (almost double the next most populous state) and it is one of the poorest states in the country. So it's not confirmation bias; just a whole lot of really fucking poor people who do not have great access to basic education.

I mean, this is one of those things that happens if you leave very young children completely unsupervised. It's not all that uncommon in poorly run daycares.

I don't know if calling an 11 year old a rapist makes a lot of sense. Kids don't know what they're doing at that age, and they will do weird shit if you don't stop them.

EDIT: Downvote me all you want, I never said it was normal or okay, just that it happens under poor supervision.

11 and 6 is quite problematic, but if we are to expect that children this young are too immature to consent, it is insane to hold them to the same adult standard when they exhibit sexual misconduct.

Charging a preteen with rape is insane.
