Okay, no. Anthem were looking to implement this in Connecticut, New York and Missouri, with Colorado and other states being brought into this policy later on.
Anthem has only backed off this policy in Connecticut. The other states are still currently on the table.
Interesting. Kind of sounds like they are helping incentivize targeting health insurance execs. Clearly the execs there are actually afraid and are responding to that. They are basically saying they will only change things for the better when their lives are at risk. Not sure that was the message they wanted out there but that's how it came out.
