In first try I am able to enter username and password and it still doesnt allow to delete
In second try it doesnt allow me to enter password
Then I opened new tab and same thing happened, tried opening in other window too.
This was a burner account
This is likely a JavaScript race condition created by autofill on the password field.
Lots of websites have this now; some fucking framework or another doesn’t handle a paste/autofill on fields. Try adding a space after the password and then remove it again, see if it trips the validation checks
Yeah, I've got some logins you need to actually click into the field for the text to register (although that's my local utility so a bit more excusable).
Spoof your data, delete everything you can, and then post something against the rules until reddit ban you.
Or try on another browser.
Or, directly write a mail explaining you want to delete your account and related data.
I don't really know, perhaps it's just a misconceptions from me that being permanently banned is similar as a deletion.
But anyway, that's was more a joke because it's crazy to try to be banned just for this.
None of these tools work anymore, Reddit is blocking them. I ended up manually deleting all of my posts and comments. Even doing it manually Reddit would stop me from doing it after 100 delete, then I'd have to wait 24 hours and start over.
Let them delete it under the GDPR.
That will mean they have to truely truely delete it.
And they would have to prove that you are currently not residing in the EU. Maybe use a European VPN for the notification.
Have you tried putting anything into the "reason for leaving" field? I know it says optional, but maybe they fucked it up (on accident or on purpose) so it actually is required.
