If your future self suddenly appeared for 10 seconds, what would you ask them ?

I would expect him to know what I need to hear so I don't need to waste time asking anything.

Hopefully they can just say yes, not sure how I would react if they start to explain how bad they are for 10 seconds before disappearing

- yeah, that's pretty much the only question i'd care about. Anything else is spoilers.
Stay or leave?
Future me would know what I was asking, and be able to answer wkth few words.
We wouldn't need words. Just a casual glance would tell me all I needed to know.
I assume future me would just pass me a piece of paper with a couple of stock tips... and maybe a sports almanac.

I'd ask if things get better.
