  • "patch jockey" feels a bit more accurate in my case.

  • Oh my god, is it really short for dual-screen? I feel so dumb for not thinking about that

  • Wood shifts, shrinks, and expands. You don't want something to shrink and put pressure on the highly flammable battery.

  • They don't open "out". The slide open in a frame, with a screen on the outside to keep bugs out. Mine slide left/right.

  • Imma be real, those things full of ice and water are godly on a hot day

  • Yeah, its called sleep apnea /s

  • rule

  • Or Templar

  • My money is on airing out the boob-sweat.

  • My condolences. Ive done that with a big ass bowl of fried rice i made at the end of a very long day, I was furious :(

(Tho my stuff is usually too spicy for most animals to touch xD)

  • Ooooh, about that

  • "Oh nooo, my crotch bits are gone and I'm growing tits, whatever shall i doooooo". Yeah the fact that that thought didn't/doesn't even slightly alarm me was a sign IMO.

  • Super jealous of that, it takes me like 30+ minutes with an electric trimmer to work through from feet to shoulders 🫤

  • Keep in mind that as cool as it may be and as good as it may work for others, its entirely possible one of your cats will freak the fuck out about it and go piss on your belongings instead.

  • Oh, shit, they actually made it to trial for him? Good to hear.

  • True

  • Sounds awful. Tacos are great!

  • I literally didn't meet my last direct supervisor for a year or more after i started. Great dude, kept everyone off our backs.

  • I very much enjoyed Avowed, but its story really doesn't branch very far, and the combat is entirely Tank 'n Spank. I got what i paid for, and loved all the lore backing from Pillars of Eternity 1 and 2. Great world design too, just the right amount of fun parkour but not too easy to get around, plenty of things to find.

  • "They" still need linux at an enterprise level. If they kill off home use, that significantly reduces how many people develop personal linux experience and costs them more significantly more money to hire and train people with that knowledge. It would also cut down contributions and make development, maintenance, and security updates slower to come out.

    Even Microsoft uses linux servers.
