definitely cant relate to all you hunger-forgetters. I went the other way into full on binge eating (BED). constant snacking = constant victory 😎 dopamine city baby
A meal replacement drink,
~several hours of hyperfocus~
like 10 handfuls of peanuts???
~more hours of focus~
a chicken breast, some roasted veggies, baked potato (pleased about this, but it was provided for me)
i am very good at being functional and taking care of my body
Literally my conversation with my wife last night.
Me when I got home from work: I was good today! I bought some new, low calorie rice cake snacks with flax, chia, and quinoa! A serving is only 90 cal and they taste awesome!
If it weren't for the weed, I don't think I'd ever eat, my autistic ass just wouldn't think of it.
But also if all it takes is ripping open a packet and pouring stuff out to have ready to chew food (but not liquid or mush, the texture 😫), it's a winner. Because eventually I get to the point where I feel sick and NEED FOOD NOW or I'll throw up acid.
Brains are weird.
Lunch was kinda last minute and incredibly late, left over green bean casserole and a veggie chicken sandwich.
Dinner though, dinner is going to be wild.I'm either going to make another green bean casserole or some minute rice depending on how late I end up making it... So probably rice.
