  • Literally my conversation with my wife last night.

    Me when I got home from work: I was good today! I bought some new, low calorie rice cake snacks with flax, chia, and quinoa! A serving is only 90 cal and they taste awesome!

    My wife: I bought a 10 pack of king cones...

    Me: ...I also bought hot pockets...

  • If it weren't for the weed, I don't think I'd ever eat, my autistic ass just wouldn't think of it.
    But also if all it takes is ripping open a packet and pouring stuff out to have ready to chew food (but not liquid or mush, the texture 😫), it's a winner. Because eventually I get to the point where I feel sick and NEED FOOD NOW or I'll throw up acid.
    Brains are weird.

  • Breakfast: 1.5 porkchops, 4 oatmeal choc chip cookies, 1 peach, 1 apple, Frosted Flakes

    Lunch: pulled pork, baked beans, cole slaw

    Tea time: toast with butter, tea with oat milk, tortilla chips

    My diet has been awful lately.
