47ReplyParking space? That's the second bedroom.
40ReplyNah that's the granny flat, doubling the price

How did they get it up there?
26ReplyFrom the other side. If you look, it's open, and appears to be street level on that side.

Could be a converted parking garage maybe and that thing was there before it became a residential building? The back wall seems to be open though, so maybe there's a ramp there or the terrain goes up and that's street level on the other side.
2ReplyIn the foreground you can see the railing is slanted. The building is on a hill, so chances are it's street level

$380k
13ReplyThat's probably street level on the other side of the building. What's the problem?
5ReplyThere is a wall on the other side, you can see it in the picture. So even if it is street level someone really wanted that caravan there
0ReplyI don't see a wall, I see other apartments higher up?

I'm wondering if the unit owner is going to claim a home office deduction on their 1040. It will definitely trigger an audit.
4ReplyShit, there is a home office deduction?
1ReplyNot allowed anymore. They got rid of that during COVID - too much tax revenue lost, b/c everyone claimed it.
