I had my knees crack for as long as I can remember. I was a fit kid and everything. I’ve always wondering what that was about.
36ReplyI think some of us are just more prone to snap-crackle-popping. I consistently pop my knees, fingers, back, and even neck every day.
17ReplyOne bad move, and you'll unlock spectator mode.
19ReplyIts just a gas that causes it
Some docter did it with his hands for years. No issues.
Won a nobel prize.
4ReplyI cracked every joint in my body, as well as my neck and back while reading this. The ankle is probably the most satisfying. It feels so good 🤤

Same here. The whole gym echoes as I do heavy back squats with my cracking knees but there's never been any pain so I'll just keep doing it.
5ReplyHave you tried stretching? I have had this same issue for years, also with back pain, and have finally started seeing a physical therapist. She has had me doing a lot of stretches and using a roller on the leg muscles and I can already feel the difference after only a few sessions.

Colonel, I'm dummy-thicc but the crack of my kneecaps keeps alerting the guards!
10ReplyThe older you get, the louder it gets.
6ReplyAnyone rocking sandy-sounding knees when going up stairs or just me?! 😩
6ReplyGoing down stairs and it's creaking leather. Like an old belt being twisted.
4ReplyUp and down for me... real crunchy patellas 😂
3ReplyNot knees but ankles
2ReplyBoth for me I cancontinuously make a cracking sound with ankle if I twist my foot around in a circular motion. My knees only crack every few minutes though if I bend down and stand up again
