I like this kind of pictures. Someone should come up with a name for them. Here's few similar kind of ones:

Too bad about all of that HDR...
24ReplyNot their fault, they had just finished an unscheduled nuclear test nearby.

11ReplyFunny, I am getting uncomfortable looking at the picture. It looks so unnatural. 😬

I wanna go to Utrecht too now, just to see that specific street and take a picture of it.
4ReplyAs a Dutch guy, I just thought: Hey, a random rural street. These kind of views all over the place in the Netherlands.
2ReplyYou just made me even more curious about the Netherlands. I wanna see it all now.
I can't believe I need a fucking visa just to see it

Does anyone have a higher res version ?
4ReplyThat looks like a mid 2000s meme.
3ReplyLooks like a mid 2000s windows screensaver

As a Dutch guy, it is hilarious to read how many people thought this was fake. I've seen these types of roads so many times. Very common in The Netherlands. Discussions made me appreciate the work all our tree carers do to maintain safe roads.
Still, a beautiful and smart picture.
3ReplySweet
2ReplyI'm guessing this is photoshopped heavily, but it's very nice to look at!
-4ReplyWhy would it be shopped? Have you never seen a canal before?
4Reply100% shopped.
The sky gives it away the most and the tree manipulation.
