I'M STEALING THIS BAND NAME!
Sorry for yelling. I got excited.
You're a menace! I love you! 🤩
JD Vance don't eat nuffin' but sweet couchussy. It's not weird. 🤣
I mean, Nazis are good for kindling, right?
I'm so glad music is my hobby and not profession!
I want to know more about his arrest. Did he bawl like a bitch? I hope so.
I LOVE the amount of energy people put into their responses.
You gotta tell us some fun things you learned!
Hahahahahah I covered this with a band at one gig on a lark. It... was not well received. 🤣
Hahahaha Oh my gosh! Remember AAA tripticks?! 🤣
I've always had a great time at that stadium! Hell, the whole danged town is fun!
The enshittification 2: fuck you boogaloo
I've had a lot of long drives and very little sleep over the past many days, but this seems good, right? Like, I'm surprised Fox is covering it? Dang, I hope this isn't a weird dream.
Maybe you just don't have the correct headspace and timing to understand. Are you a Poet Laureate? Are you an editor? What qualifications do you have to be the judge? Just cuz the lyrics are out of your reach doesn't mean they're out of the reach of others.

I'm using v0.27.1 downloaded from GitHub. I threw Zeppelin's Whole Lotta Love as an example URL. Thought it might ease the pain of YT mucking up NP again.
That site allowed musicians to create and upload music and then other musicians could rate, critique, and collaborate on said music. You could even download tunes and I've got SO much great music still on my phone from those artists. And, it was a fun, supportive community.
I apologize for spamming all the Ask Lemmy communities. I can delete if desired. Or, post in a more appropriate community.

I want to purchase another tenor as I've given up on my Bundy and my other will be in the shop for a good while. I found a sax that looks... serviceable? And, it could be the tone I want. But, the stenciling and serial 733XXX kinda makes me believe this isn't a true King Cleveland 615. Maybe one of you have more insight into the history and artistry of these? Is this what the seller says it is? (I might could get more pics if needed.)
If this instrument is what the seller says it is, I'll probably pull the trigger and give it some serious TLC once my other instrument is back in playing shape.
Thanks, all!
A recent U.S. Supreme Court decision helps define the legal status of transportation workers at companies that are not primarily involved in transportation. The post Supreme Court: Drivers hauling baked goods are in transportation, not baking appeared first on FreightWaves.
But the Supreme Court’s April 12 ruling that they are in the transportation business opens the door for them to take the dispute to court.
That’s because the FAA — in its very first section — exempts from its mandate several types of workers, such as railroad employees and “any other class of workers engaged in foreign or interstate commerce.”

I'm looking for some good reading on how to, eventually, best help be a step parent to my partner's children and NEARLY ALL books are geared toward the woman's perspective as though men don't want to be a strong teacher and develop these kids into healthy adults. Ugh!
Thanks for listening to my rant.

Delta Air Lines said on Wednesday it is cutting some corporate jobs to better manage costs, at a time when the industry grapples with higher fuel and labor expenses.

I’ve got a, possibly 70’s-era, Bundy by Selmer. It’s been great to start learning on again, but I’d like to jazz it up a bit. I had it set up 10 or 11 months ago with all new pads and corks and etc. It still is nearly a half-step off on many notes, so I’m wondering if there’s a different neck and/or...
I've tried x-posting the linked URL to the lemm.ee saxophone community via both Jerboa app on Android and via the web. But, both methods fail and I'm wondering why. I read through some of the posts here and the original FAQ post, so I'm wondering am I unable to x-post because accounts aren't migrated between the two instances? And, would that mean I'd need to create a lemm.ee account? Is there another way than that?
Thanks, all.
The Supreme Court on Thursday blocked Purdue Pharma from going forward with bankruptcy proceedings, which the Biden administration has called an “unprecedented” arrangement that would ultimately offer the Sackler family broad protection from opioid-related civil claims.
Ok, still a ways to go before celebration, but we're trending in the right direction. So, I'm choosing optimism.

I hate that everything now is a subscription service instead of buying it and do whatever you want.
I hope I'm x-posting correctly.
