Nicht wirklich. Politik ist ja keine statische Umgebung, in der Features irgendwann ausreifen und dann unverändert bleiben können. Eher ein Fall von Code, an dem über Jahre von vielen herumgedoktert wurde, niemand wirklich dokumentiert hat und der darum irgendwann einfach nicht mehr gewartet werden kann, weil niemand mehr die unerwünschten Nebenfolgen von Veränderungen einschätzen kann.
