Military flees Bolivia government palace after coup attempt fails
Armored vehicles rammed into the doors of Bolivia's government palace Wednesday as President Luis Arce said the country faced an attempted coup.
44Zúñiga referenced that paralysis during the rebellion, telling reporters the military was tired of the infighting and was seeking “to restore democracy.”
The infighting between the two parties is what democracy is. One party getting everything it wants and the other nothing is called a dictatorship.

27They also skipped the part where this was apparently caused by the general saying mean things in a paper about the president, getting fired, then coming back with tanks to hash things out.
All in all, I'm glad this was over quickly with only damaged palace doors and walls and not death and destruction of Bolivian people.
