Usually I can figure I indeed ate something with corn, just perhaps hidden in other stuff where it wasn't visible.

It depends on your toilet and philosophy.

I don't know if this is a gendered thing. Checking your waste can tell you important things about your health.

You should definitely inspect your poops if for nothing else, health monitoring.

It's pretty important from a health standpoint. Large amounts of blood in stool, or evidence of blood in stool (dark black, hard) is a medical emergency.

Theres also some other stuff I dont know about too.

Also no need to worry about "manliness". It is distinctly unmanly to be insecure of one's masculinity.

It's good practice as it can tell a lot about your health, but I mostly do it to see it I broke any world records.
