The brown things are not termites, they're pupae cases of another insect. Try vacuuming all that up and keeping an eye on it

13That's a terrible picture will nothing to indicate scale but assuming those brown capsule looking things are about 1/4 inch long that looks like fly pupae. Is the location near trash can or compactor? Had you previously noticed maggots?

5I'd assume the same. I've had houseflies hatch in my indoor trash a few times and the casings look exactly like the pictures.

Im an electrician and have done a ton of remodeling in different homes. These are definitely from roaches. However I've seen them in the cleanest of homes to the dirtiest of homes
