The brown things are not termites, they're pupae cases of another insect. Try vacuuming all that up and keeping an eye on it

13ReplyThat's a terrible picture will nothing to indicate scale but assuming those brown capsule looking things are about 1/4 inch long that looks like fly pupae. Is the location near trash can or compactor? Had you previously noticed maggots?

They are about 1/4 inch, brown, and hollow. Little crunchy.

It doesn't immediately look like termites, but you've cropped/zoomed in so tight that there may be missing information that would help.

5ReplyI'd assume the same. I've had houseflies hatch in my indoor trash a few times and the casings look exactly like the pictures.

Im an electrician and have done a ton of remodeling in different homes. These are definitely from roaches. However I've seen them in the cleanest of homes to the dirtiest of homes
