You'd be surprised how many minorities voted against their interests as well. I have religious family who supported this. "Latinas for Trump" was also a thing. The stupidity of the human race is really something.

It was still a plurality of votes.
There are plenty of arguments that we aren't all bad and so forth. But, end of the day (and probably country), we couldn't be bothered to even go out and vote against him because "the Democrats didn't earn my vote".

The Speaker of the House just had to shut down his chamber of Congress early because people are asking him questions he doesn't want to answer, and that's a sign of mastery to you? I think this looks more like the beginning of the end.
Of course, that's probably the most dangerous phase of this because they're going to lash out like cornered animals, and what comes next could be even worse than this, so I'm not celebrating here, but calling Donald fuckin Trump master of anything just doesn't square with reality to me.

I want to believe. But this is going to require something to stay in the zeitgeist until the next time congress is in session which is generally the start of September.
In the meantime. We have a bunch of random files getting thrown to conspiracy theorists, cane sugar coca cola, likely at least two or three more rounds of tariffs and at least one more threat of war, and... apparently threatening to bring Obama up on treason charges.
At the best of times people are deeply stupid. Folk will forget epstein was even a thing by September.

Well.... Just saw a news blip that said the DOJ wants to meet with her.
So, I guess, yeah.
Probably to just let her go free after signing an NDA.
I'm betting on her suddenly testifying before court and "bearing it all." Confessing that there really isn't any list and they blackmailed and trafficked girls but only to a few sacrificial and unimportant people. And she will conveniently walk free as part of a plea deal to be included in the deal Epstein struck in 2007.
Gotta make some plea deals to nail the really big fish. Like people that died a while ago, under highly suspicious circumstances.
Meh, she testifies under oath it was Clinton and Obama and is magically "pardoned" by Trumpy wumpy. They find a crayon scawled note to nack that up titled "The List". 2 years later ahe "falls" from a window 20 floors up.
