  as for that, all their stock trades are public info. just look for the ones that are consistently beating the stock market (hint: it's all of them, but you have to dig a bit for most. Pelosi for instance proxies her buy orders through her husband so its slightly less obvious to us rubes what an obvious fucking insider trading scheme she ran)

  I believe there's a caveat for lawyer fuckups.
- IANAL but I don't think you want a mistrial this early on in a case. The prosecution would be way less likely to try a second prosecution if the mistrial is after they already wasted their time and resources.
