Is this is what happens when you don't assume a spherical cow?

I mean it definitely reduces over all drag.

- If we install a nozzle with a check valve leaving the methane out but no flames in, we could build pulse jet driven bionic cows.
  
  This wouldn’t change the aerodynamics at all but definitely increase the cows speed and reduce the global warming effect a bit
