There was a time not long ago when the only thing the entire world agreed on was that Nazis should be eradicated.
They never stopped after the war, they hunted down Nazis in their 90s hiding all over the world to bring them to justice.

Now I'm sure it's sometimes called for, as you said, neo-nazism, for whatever reason, is a thing. I feel like it's the same crap as calling any idea a tad on the left "commie" or "tankie". It's not a valid criticism to put everything under a blanket term, I would much prefer that people put reasoned arguments before irrational name-calling.
