Calling someone "weird" as an insult strikes me as an unfortunate choice. Trump isn't weird, he's vile. It's this guy who's weird.

- Someone else commented the other day that it's a fantastic choice because (paraphrasing) the right is all about enforced normalcy and fighting against change. By defining their guy/policies as "weird" (the polar opposite of "normal") really throw a wrench into their mindset and has a chance of forcing a right leaning person of really thinking about things that no other insult could do

  While I do not identify as weird, I usually object as an empty bullying insult. However in this case, guess ya gotta go halfway to where they are and I think Harris’ campaign is holding the balance between beating them at their level while also talking about issues and policies. That picture looks realer than any other Trump picture I've seen. Just be old, dude, the grandpa look is better than the zombie car salesman look.

I too object to calling him weird. Frank Zappa was weird, R Crumb was weird, Weird Al is weird. To me it implies a level of subversive creativity Trump doesn't possess. He's creepy, sure. But not weird.

In reading this and noticing the part about her laughter,

I suddenly realized that I have never heard trump laugh. Ever. In well over 20 years of watching him, I can't remember a single time he even chuckled
