The only reason the Republicans have a house and senate majority is because the house is capped at 435 and the senate gives 2 seats to every state regardless of the fact that North Dakota has 800k population, Wyoming 590k, and California almost 40 Million.
Sometimes Republican voters will literally poll that Democracy doesn't work.
