42Dinosaurs were not mammals, so they did not have huge boobs, at least in a sense of mammary glands.
Of course, those non-avian dinosaurs that died could have had some kinky sexual organs but non of the bird species we know of has huge mammary glands so avian dinosaurs most likely did not have either.
