Fact. But do the voters understand it enough to vote for an alternative to mainstream Democrats (that actually know how to fix stuff)? Like, the foundational issues are lack of term / age limits, how campaigns / candidates are funded, and lobbying. So a claim of "that is unconstitutional" would need a nuanced discussion (and nuance is for Barren Women And The Gays!!!) and would lead to actual lawyers saying "uhm... it technically isn't?". And said nuance would lead room for a bad faith interpretation by the SCOTUS to "clarify" things in law.
Cue: "The SCOTUS will not go that far because steven universe taught me the power of friendship and we are totally going to have fair elections in 2028!" idiots.

Oh, if they (along with Vought and Miller behind the scenes) can get to where they don't need him any more, they'd absolutely love to invoke the 25th. Schiff shows a vid of Lindsey Graham, of all people, asking Bondi how many illegal immigrants are in Chicago right now, he pushes the question too. She can’t answer. I was shocked that Graham even asked. It will take men like Graham to be willing to state Trumps infirmity out loud.

As an aside, re the national guard. There’s a YouTube channel called The Dangerous Ones. I don’t know how I ended up there, but it certainly seems like the symbol of liberal that is Portland is going to be a center point both now and moving forward. We should all keep an eye on that city. Check out the troll action happening over there. Look at how Portland is protesting. Edit: I would be surprised if Trump gets removed under the 25th amendment or impeached. The rules state the VP and majority of the cabinet would need to declare him unfit, then President could challenge, then you need a super-majority of two-thirds votes in both houses for it to stand. Very unlikely sequence of events. Unless something drastically changes in the midterm elections, I think its more likely for Trump to stay on as a puppet if he really has dementia or mental decline.
