Nah, I'm in my 30s and see sleeping as a chore. ADHD brain also makes it really difficult to fall asleep.
15Replyim almost 40 and my trick is to not try to fall asleep because if i try i end up staying awake longer due to frustration. i just watch youtube trombone tutorials until i pass out.

7ReplyI got a new mattress. Really makes a difference in quality of sleep/enjoyment of sleep.
EDIT: Taking one of those mattress quizzes helped a lot. Probably not perfect, but better than just getting a mattress from a ad or youtube sponsor.
